  • Study of low temperature plasmas with potential for technical applications
  • Application and development of novel plasma diagnostic methods:
laser spectroscopy (fluoresence-dip-spectroscopy, LIF, TALIF, Thomson-Scattering, IRLAS,...)
optical emission spectroscopy (OES, PROES)
mass spectrometry
ion energy analysis
